Program Overview

Hallab 1881’s Loyalty Program rewards customers according to their long-term engagement and total accumulated spending. As your spending increases within a one-year cycle, you progress through enhanced membership tiers, each offering greater benefits.

Membership Tiers

The program includes three progressive tiers, each defined by your total annual spending:

1. Basic Tier – 5% Discount

• All customers are automatically enrolled in the Basic tier.

• Enjoy a 5% discount on eligible purchases.

2. Advanced Tier – 10% Discount

• Achieved when your annual spending reaches the predefined threshold (e.g., AED 5,000).

• Members enjoy a 10% discount on eligible purchases.

3. Premium Tier – 15% Discount

• Achieved when your annual spending reaches the higher threshold (e.g., AED 10,000).

• Members enjoy a 15% discount on eligible purchases.

How It Works (Customer Journey)

• All customers start at the Basic tier.

• As your total yearly spending exceeds the required thresholds, you are automatically upgraded to the next tier.

• Your tier benefits apply instantly upon upgrade for all future eligible transactions within the same cycle.

This structure ensures a seamless, transparent, and rewarding progression that reflects your loyalty.

Validity & Annual Reset Rules

To maintain fairness and encourage ongoing engagement:

• Loyalty status is evaluated on an annual cycle, starting from your enrollment date.

• At the end of each cycle, your total accumulated spending resets to zero.

• If you do not meet the minimum spending requirement for your current tier during the cycle, your account is reverted back to the Basic tier for the next cycle.

This dynamic structure encourages consistent participation and guarantees that tier levels accurately reflect annual loyalty.

General Terms

• Discounts apply to eligible in-store and online purchases.

• Certain products or services may be excluded from discounts based on seasonal promotions or company policies.

• Hallab 1881 reserves the right to update or modify the Loyalty Program at any time.

• In case of misuse or suspicious activity, Hallab 1881 may suspend or adjust membership status.

Enrollment & Communication Process

• Upon arrival at the branch, the cashier will collect the customer’s name and phone number.

• The customer will receive a WhatsApp registration link generated through Odoo to complete their personal details.

• Customers may also register for the Loyalty Program online through the Hallab website.

• OTP verification is required in all registration methods to ensure account security.

• After every purchase, customers will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification, and they can log in at any time to view their total accumulated spending and current tier level.
