REFUND
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our products or items are missing from your order, please save the product, original box, any paperwork and packing materials it arrived in and contact our Customer Care Service at cc@hallab.com.lb.
If you are approved, your full or partial refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In other cases, you will be compensated with a discount coupon applied on your next purchase.
We do not offer cash refunds unless in rare cases we feel it is right to do so.
RETURNS
Hallab products are perishable. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any food product in general.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Customs might impose extra taxes and duties at the recipient-country.
- Neither Hallab 1881 S.A.L. nor DHL have control or bear responsibility over taxes imposed by customs overseas.
- Egypt, Europe and Brazil impose high taxes on the recipient
- As of July 1st 2021, all commercial goods imported into the EU will be subject to VAT and will require formal customs declaration.
European Union (EU) countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

- Applies to all countries except for Afghanistan, Armenia, Bahrain, Belarus, India, Iran, Iraq, Mexico, Palestinian Territories, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Russia, Turkey, New Zealand, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Venezuela & Greece.
- Orders will be shipped within 24 business hours after submission.
- Orders will be delivered within 7 business days.
- All items will be shipped in packs of 1 Kg only. Except the bundles if available
- All items will be individually wrapped except for the special boxes.
-Order will be divided since we are unable to transport orders weighting more than 4 kg to European nations due to strict customs regulations.. As for the remaining countries maximum weight per shipment is 15 kg that is why the orders will be also divided..
- A CPF number is required for Brazil shipments.
- DHL has the right to open and inspect a shipment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Local Delivery/Pick Up Inside Lebanon:
Please make sure that you log on to our Lebanon store and enter the Lebanese address as the shipping address along with their contact details.
Please make sure that you are using a Visa or Mastercard that is valid for international purchases.
